This policy explains how Automova handles personal information when you visit automova.in, request a workflow audit, communicate with us, or become a client.
Effective and last updated: 28 June 2026
1. Who we are and scope
Automova is an AI automation service operated by Md Fahad Alam, an independent freelancer based in Shaheen Bagh, New Delhi, India. For applicable data-protection laws, Md Fahad Alam is the person responsible for deciding how personal information covered by this policy is used.
This policy applies to Automova's website, enquiry process, project communications, and related client services. It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, work email, WhatsApp or telephone number, business name and business type.
- Workflow goals, current tools, bottlenecks, project timeline, budget and service interests.
- Messages, files, meeting details, proposals and other information exchanged during an enquiry or project.
- Payment and transaction records. Payments may be made through PayPal, but Automova does not receive or store your complete payment-card or PayPal login credentials.
Information collected through the website
- Cloudflare may process IP address, device, browser, security-event, request and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the website.
- When Google Analytics is enabled and permitted, it may collect device, approximate location, referral, page interaction and cookie or similar identifier information.
- The website may use local storage for necessary preferences and non-identifying interface functions.
Please do not send passwords, government identifiers, financial credentials, health records, or other sensitive personal information through the audit form.
3. How and why we use information
| Purpose | Typical legal reason |

| Deliver, support and administer an agreed project. | Performance of our agreement and legitimate business interests. |
| Process payments, invoices and accounting records. | Contractual and legal obligations. |
| Protect the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors. | Security and legitimate interests. |
| Understand website performance through optional analytics. | Consent where required; otherwise a lawful legitimate-interest basis where available. |
| Send promotional messages. | Only where you have opted in or where applicable law otherwise permits it. You may opt out at any time. |
Automova does not use enquiry information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Service providers and sharing
Automova does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, delivery, performance and security.
- Google services, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Search Console and, when enabled, Google Analytics.
- WhatsApp and Meta, when you choose to contact Automova through WhatsApp.
- PayPal, when it is used to make or receive project payments.
- Calendly, CRM or workflow providers, if these are introduced for scheduling or enquiry management.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute.
The audit form currently prepares the details in your browser and opens the WhatsApp or email service you select. Future versions may securely send enquiries to Google Sheets or a CRM; this policy will be updated when that occurs.
5. International transfers
Automova operates from India and serves clients internationally. Cloud and communication providers may process information in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other countries where they operate. Where required, Automova will rely on appropriate contractual safeguards, consent, adequacy decisions, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Cookies and analytics
Necessary browser storage may be used to remember interface choices or support website functions. Optional Google Analytics will not be intentionally loaded for visitors who are legally entitled to prior consent unless they accept analytics cookies.
You can reject optional analytics, change browser permissions, clear cookies or local storage, and use browser privacy controls. Blocking necessary storage may affect some preferences but should not prevent access to the main website content.
Google Search Console reports aggregated search-performance information and is not used by Automova to identify individual website visitors.
7. How long we keep information
- Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries: normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
- Client and project records: kept for the project and afterward for support, dispute, tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- Marketing preferences: kept until consent is withdrawn or the record is no longer needed.
- Security and technical records: kept only for a reasonable period needed for security, diagnostics and legal compliance.
Information may be retained longer where required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, or requested by the person concerned.
8. Security
Automova uses reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small independent service, including restricted account access, secure third-party platforms, encrypted connections where supported, and account authentication controls. No online system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to:
- Request access to or a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion or restriction of processing.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
- Request portable data where applicable.
